Started running because:
I went to a small Catholic school and if i didn't start running my PE coach was going to fail me.
I knew I was hooked on running when:
I don't really know when but i've always enjoyed being part of a team and pushing myself to my own limits
Favorite places to run:
I like to run through the mountains back home because you can see the whole city once you get to the top.
Current weekly mileage:
Right now I'm trying to get over an injury so my weekly milage is maybe between 45 and 50 miles
PR's:
I'm not really sure but maybe 1:57 in the 800m and 4:28 in the mile.
Best or most satisfying performance ever:
I don't really know but maybe my sophmore year at Oklahoma felt good and running at the state meet with my friends in high school.
Most recent race:
I haven't raced since last outdoor season during the easter weekend

One of my misconceptions about running was:
That it would be easy
Any pre-race superstitions?
I always have to eat a large pizza the night before.
Training philosophy/schedule:
Try and be consistent and don't ever let up. Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday are my hard days. Tuesday and Thursday long easy run and Sunday is my really long run. Friday day off.
Training diet:
Don't have one
One piece of advice I'd give to other runners is:
