Started running because:

I wanted to be like my older brother cause he was so cool at the time, and I was such a nerd.

I knew I was hooked on running when:

I could not wait for 5th period and I was always running every where and always wanting to race my older brother.

Favorite places to run:

On any cool trails, dirt roads, with friends, on dark streets, and anywhere that I have somebody to run with.

Current weekly mileage:

70 but on the way to 90 miles a week.

PR's:

Too embarrassed right now, but about to get a whole lot better.

Best or most satisfying performance ever:

Nothing worth bragging about.

Most recent race:

Regional cross-country meet at Provo, Utah.

Favorite race:

Seattle, Washington.

One of my misconceptions about running was:

I did not have any misconceptions I just got out there and ran.

Any pre-race superstitions?

Just do not cross the finish line before the race.

Training philosophy/schedule:

Right now I just do what I am told to do, cause I do not have enough experience to make my own training schedule.

Training diet:

Nope-pretty much eat anything I want.

One piece of advice I'd give to other runners is:

Run the mileage you were told to do otherwise you will get your ass kicked by everyone and their mom.

If I could go on a social/training run with any person, living or dead, it would be:

Either prefontaine or larry.

When nobody's looking, I like to:

Dance around with the music up really loud.

In a movie of my life, I would like to be played by:

You choose, you would have a better idea than me anyways.

Favorite restaurants:

Chili’s (na just kidding) anywhere with great steaks.

Favorite movie:

Man too many good ones to choose from.

Favorite book:

Any of the Curious George series.

My least favorite physical feature:

nasty feet

One of my hidden talents is:

Well if I told you it would not be hidden now would it.

My idea of a dream vacation is:

Anything where it is above 70 degrees and there is a beautiful scenery too look at with the woman of my dreams right there beside me.

Other interests:

Watching cartoons and going to triple nickle wing night with the boys.

What was your first impression of Tech?

Damn this is going to be a hell of a 5 or 6 years depending on what happens while I am here.

The most impulsive thing I've ever done is:

One thing that other track team members would love to know about me is:

How in the world am I so hyper all the time, and why do I talk so much.

What would you want written on your tombstone?

I do not know what do you think should be on my stone
